I am writing to give one of the General Managers a big thumbs up. What was a bad experience with the service department turned out to be a fair and reasonable resolution because of Joe Krupiak. I can't say enough about his professionalism, listening skills, and understanding. What would have been a 1 star review became a 4 star. Unfortunately I cannot give a 5 star review as some additional education was needed for some of the employees to help them understand that although the customer may not always be right, one must treat the customer as they are first. Without going into detail, Joe was able to listen and resolve the situation in one call as others could not. Joe not only met my expectations but exceeded them. Because of him, I will go back again. Thank you again Joe.

My recent experience with sales team member Maria Rincon was excellent! While helping me shop for a new vehicle, Maria was pleasant, knowledgeable of the Toyota inventory and the specs of the vehicles I was considering, and happy to answer any questions I had. She was exceptionally good at updating me as we waited for my new car to be built and delivered. Perhaps most important, she busted my preconceived notions of what a car salesperson was and she seemed genuinely concerned that I pick the car that met my and my family's needs. She went out of her way to make this experience fun and stress free for me. Thanks!

Some of the best service I’ve received. The staff was very friendly and kept me up to date in the status of my vehicle. I’d like to note Steve was incredibly friendly and welcoming for my first visit. Jon also did a great job explaining what needed to be done with my vehicle. Honestly and friendly service will definitely return here instead of my home dealer for future service.

I can not say enough great things about this company. My family had something horrible happen and needed a mobility van. I looked all over Delaware for a reasonable vehicle and found nothing. I started looking out of state and saw this place. The same day I went in, I was treated amazingly and found an amazing van that was perfect for my budget and affordable. The process was smooth and communication was always there. Stephanie in the mobility department was so sweet and compassionate. She made this experience stress free which with what I was going through, it was much needed. Any problems was communicated every time and fixed within minutes. We did have a small problem with our back turn light and Bill in the repairs department took it in, allowed for a rental mobility van for my family members doctors appointment while mine was in the shop and had my vehicle out in no time. We were able to run through inspection with no problems at all and they had our tags sent to us within 2 days. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. I also want to give a shout out to Karen in the rental department because when I was checking in and checking out, she was always so kind and walked me through the whole process and guidelines.
