She arranged an Uber back home, so I didn't have to wait. Everything was completed in a timely manner and I got Ubered back to pick up my vehicle. Highly recommend!

The personnel were polite and helpful. Following the complementary service, an employee synchronized my phone for handsfree phone calls. While this was done by the salesman last July, it had to be done again.

I am writing to give one of the General Managers a big thumbs up. What was a bad experience with the service department turned out to be a fair and reasonable resolution because of Joe Krupiak. I can't say enough about his professionalism, listening skills, and understanding. What would have been a 1 star review became a 4 star. Unfortunately I cannot give a 5 star review as some additional education was needed for some of the employees to help them understand that although the customer may not always be right, one must treat the customer as they are first. Without going into detail, Joe was able to listen and resolve the situation in one call as others could not. Joe not only met my expectations but exceeded them. Because of him, I will go back again. Thank you again Joe.
