Let me start with the fact that Rich Kearney at Team Toyota Glen Mills was absolutely fabulous to work with. I’m a 56 year old single woman who has purchased 9 cars in my life, for myself and my kids. In the past I have been asked what color car I think I want, I have been shown where the makeup mirror is before I test drove the car, and I have been called little lady more times than I’d care to admit. So it is my natural instinct to walk into a dealership ready for anything. I’d done my homework on the car, I had questions and wanted to test drive. Rich was respectful, kind, informative without being condescending, and I pretty much decided he was trustworthy in the first 5 minutes of conversation. He worked with me on everything I asked for. He was respectful to my son when I brought him in. (The car was for my son). I’ve been brand loyal to Toyota for years, now I’m dealership loyal to Glen Mills, because of Rich. And my son, watching how well I was treated, told me he understood why I wanted to purchase this car from Rich. (We’d looked elsewhere as well). So Toyota also got themselves a next generation buyer in my 19 year old son. Highly recommend working with Rich Kearney if you’re in the market for a car.

I visited the dealership to see an older model Toyota Highlander. Edwin also showed me a newer model with low miles. It was a tough decision, but I decided on the newer model, to last me a long time. Edwin and Dan were fabulous. Customer service was excellent. Have to give a shoutout to Corey as well. Paperwork process took about 5 mins. Will definitely be recommending this dealership!

Went to Team Toyota Glen Mills for a 10,000 mile inspection. Was surprised to see a video recording of the inspection, by the technician doing the check up. Great idea! Everything went well.
