I didn't enjoy my experience with Toyota of Glen Mills. I drove 45 minutes from New Jersey to see a car I really liked. The salesperson was Nic. I understand that the vehicle was used, but they were completely unwilling to do any type of negotiations on the vehicle. I guess they would have if I went off the sticker price and not the advertised online price. It was a difference of about $4000. The vehicle had several cosmetic issues they were unwilling to address, and the only one they even considered fixing, they added various, non negotiable fees the the bill that would have me paying for the repair myself. The price dropped periodically, and I'd try again. Still not willing to negotiate. In addition, I already had my financing secured. I walked away and found the vehicle I was looking for a few days later. The vehicle I eventually purchased was in pristine condition, no hidden fees, no nonsense, and the customer service was far superior to what I received from Nic and the Glen Mills team. I drove home my Cadillac CT6 three days after test driving it. A week after my purchase, Nic from Glen Mills contacts me and tells me there was a price drop, and asked if I was still interested. Thanks, but no thanks. Based on my experience, I would recommend them to absolutely no one.

It was a little better on the "greetings" this time but the service are still too busy talking among themselves to acknowledge the customers. Team Toyota delivers great service. However, it is very annoying that every time I bring my car in for service I am left standing in front of the service counter without being acknowledged let alone being waited on as the next customer. Every service rep ignores you until one of them at last asks you to come forward. Is it so hard to greet the customer and let them know someone will be right with you? Are we invisible?

Just bought my first car from them, a 2025 Camry XLE AWD and my experience was absolutely fantastic! Everything was so smooth from test drive to finalising the deal. Jeremy Wood was awesome to work with start to finish. He prepped all the paperwork before we got to the dealership, and the car we wanted was parked by the front door when we arrived. After purchase, Jeremy did the app setup and went over everything on the car and app. John Buckley was also great to work with on the financing. This is a really good team and dealership. I can not say enough great things about this company. My family had something horrible happen and needed a mobility van. I looked all over Delaware for a reasonable vehicle and found nothing. I started looking out of state and saw this place. The same day I went in, I was treated amazingly and found an amazing van that was perfect for my budget and affordable. The process was smooth and communication was always there. Stephanie in the mobility department was so sweet and compassionate. She made this experience stress free which with what I was going through, it was much needed. Any problems was communicated every time and fixed within minutes. We did have a small problem with our back turn light and Bill in the repairs department took it in, allowed for a rental mobility van for my family members doctors appointment while mine was in the shop and had my vehicle out in no time. We were able to run through inspection with no problems at all and they had our tags sent to us within 2 days. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. I also want to give a shout out to Karen in the rental department because when I was checking in and checking out, she was always so kind and walked me through the whole process and guidelines.

Post Update 10/31/2 I brought a Tacoma Sport manual trans at Team Toyota Glenn Mills. The experience at Team Toyota was excellent. From the price to transferring the tags. Austen gave ma a better price than what I had in my head. The transfer of title and tags was done electronically. There was a screen on top of desk, where you did all the signings. I got all the sign records on a thumb drive. Outstanding experience. Thank you Team Toyota. . . I want to share my experience with Team Toyota. I'm looking for a particular truck which is not on the lot. However, Team Toyota had a similar truck in the build process. I asked Austin (sales associate) whether I could change something on the truck. Austin just asked me why I didn't put in a request for the truck I wanted? I told him a sales associate In Lower Merion and Maryland said I couldn't. You can imagine my surprise to the possibility of getting my truck. So I put in a request for the truck I wanted. Easy Peesy!! Austin said it might take time. However, Austin is confident he can get it. Working with Team Toyota was a great experience. Thank you, Austin.

Lairs and thieves I had a bad experience in the dealership that day, I came from an hour away First: Mike gave a quote for new smart key (fob and metal key) of $365 when they finished, I found out that the metal key was missing then, I asked where's the metal key he said he's sorry he did a mistake that he told me the wrong price and if I need the metal key it will be an extra charge. Although he assured me that this price will be for the key fob and physical key over the phone because I told him that I'm coming from out of the state. Second: they disable the remote starter and when I told them the remote starter is not working anymore, Dillon and they were very rude and asked me million questions then they told me that I'm a lair, this vehicle had no remote starter and they wanted me to pay $169 in order for them to diagnose the vehicle. After arguing with them for more than half-hour, I asked to speak with a manager, so I spoke with Bill the service manger and he was understanding and he took the car back and found out that the technician left the vehicle on service mode which disabled the remote starter function. Third: They missed up the alignment of my vehicle then they send my a video that my car needs an alignment. The alignment cost $151. I was just driving my car for a long drive and the car was fine, plus I never asked for alignment check. Now my alignment is off. They made me stay for 5 hours in the dealership for a 1 hour job. Which was very tiring and stressful. Finally: I found out that they put my personal license plate picture and number on the carfax report which is concerning. I owned three Toyotas before, I never saw a license plate picture on any carfax report.
