Although I did not buy my next car from here I was very impressed with the staff at Team Toyota of Glen Mills. From walking In was taken care of right away. I worked with Tony Gott. He took the time to show me all the cars I was interested in. He was very kind, patient and really cares about his customers. He's also a big Phillies fan which is 5 stars in my book. If you're looking for a Toyota id recommend seeing Tony Gott.

Just bought my first car from them, a 2025 Camry XLE AWD and my experience was absolutely fantastic! Everything was so smooth from test drive to finalising the deal. It was a little better on the "greetings" this time but the service are still too busy talking among themselves to acknowledge the customers. Team Toyota delivers great service. However, it is very annoying that every time I bring my car in for service I am left standing in front of the service counter without being acknowledged let alone being waited on as the next customer. Every service rep ignores you until one of them at last asks you to come forward. Is it so hard to greet the customer and let them know someone will be right with you? Are we invisible?

Cause it’s my first time buying a new car! Owning cars that have been used to a brand new Corolla ! It was nothing but perfection. From the paper work to the test drive and to me walking out the door and seeing my brand new car with a gorgeous red bow on it! Christmas came very early this year. This place needs a heater. I'm here getting my car serviced, and I'm freezing because they don't have heat. All the employees are wearing coats and stocking caps to stay warm.
