I was in for service twice recently and each time I was lucky enough to work with Mckenzie Durham. She was super helpful in working with me to decide on the best way to describe my issues to the service technicians. She was very cordial and kept me updated during the time that the technicians were working on my car as to what was found and what was going to be done. In both of my visits Mckenzie always had a smile on her face and was so nice to deal with. One of the best experiences I ever had in dealing with a customer service rep in any field not just automotive. She should be in public relations as she has the perfect temperament and skills for that position. Thank you again Mckenzie.

I inquired about a used Toyota Tundra that I found online, and from the very first contact with Michael Ramirez, the entire experience was seamless. Despite the hour-and-a-half drive to see the truck, it was well worth it. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. Amazing experience at Team Toyota of Glen Mills. Go see Michael Ramirez and Dan. Although I haven't made a deal yet, the customer experience was great, and I never felt uncomfortable. I never had a dealer make a custom video showing me the car within the same day. The response time was amazing and I never was waiting around for them. If you're in the market for a Toyota or a used car, Michael and Dan are your guys!

Jeff made the process very smooth, would (and probably will) buy from again. I reached out via their website initially and emailed/texted back and forth for a few weeks. Eventually we made an appt to come in to do the paperwork etc. I told Jeff I would be coming in with my 3yo and 6yo and would have limited time to get all across the finish line. Jeff and team were great - all went as planned and they even were able to offer my boys some pizza while they waited for dad to get the new truck squared away (which was much appreciated!) - Jeff even helped me get all the old junk out of my trade and loaded up in the truck. I went with a Tacoma SR5 and am very pleased with the vehicle. Jeff is a pro! Thank you!

Alex was a great person to deal with. He was knowledgeable and yet didn’t put any pressure on me to buy my Toyota RAV. I actually had an appointment at another dealership later in the day and canceled it because of his good service. I decided to buy my vehicle at Team Toyota because of him.

I just bought a 2023 4Runner from CJ in the used department. CJ weny overboard in resolving a few minor issues and I am very pleased with his service. I definitely would purchase a Toyota Glen Mills, and CJ specifically again.

Maria has provided excellent service and communication, I would recommend her over and over! My only complaint is that picking up the car took almost 4 hours - it was a preorder with no financing and scheduled appointment for pickup. I was not expecting to spend half a day to pickup the new car - advance notice of that long of an appointment would have been helpful.

Sales people are knowledgeable and curtious. It was a little longer to get the deal done than expected but it is partly my fault. Live the 4Runner I purchased and would recommend Jeremy W as an agent to deal with.
